We offer a wide variety of payment options for your convenience. Each option has some restrictions and requirements.

U.S. payment options:

• We accept credit card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Pay Pal, C.O.D. Money order/cashiers check, C.O.D. company check, Wire Transfer, and Net Terms (Net0, Net 7, Net 15; restrictions apply).
• New Accounts - credit card, Pay Pal, C.O.D. money order/cashiers check. COD payment by company check requires completion of a Cloud 9 Unlimited Credit Application and credit card guarantee.

Net term accounts requires:

• A storefront operation. We do not establish Net accounts for pride vendors, Pride Organizations, Internet vendors, wholesalers, associations, or clubs.
• We must have an established relationship with your company for at least 1 year with consistent order and payment history
• You must complete a Cloud 9 Unlimited credit application and a pass a credit check.
• You must agree to abide by our terms and conditions including our late payment policy.
• Net terms are a privilege and will be rescinded for all delinquent accounts.
• We reserve the right to deny any request for Net terms.
• We reserve the right to establish account limits commensurate with your order history and credit rating.
• Delinquent accounts will be assessed a finance charge of 24.99% apr from date of shipment.
• Checks returned NSF will be charged a $35.00 service fee and incur a finance of 24.99% from date of shipment.
• Owner must fill out and sign a personal guarantee of payment.

Payment by C.O.D. company check requires:

• You complete a Cloud 9 Unlimited credit application and pass a credit check.
• Retail stores need to have been in business for at least 1 year.
• Web sites must be in business at least 1 year.
• Pride Vendors must provide proof of operation of at least 2 years.
• Checks returned NSF will be charged a $35.00 service fee and incur a finance of 24.99% from date of shipment.
