All returns require a Return Authorization Numbers. Return Authorization Numbers are issued by Cloud 9 Unlimited via fax, email or telephone. Items returned for reasons other than the item is damaged upon receipt or the item you received is not what you ordered, are subject to a restocking fee.
We are the only large wholesale pride vendor who has operated a small retail
store front so we understand your concerns. If you have a retail store front
establishment, and if you have made a reasonable attempt to display and sell
the items in your store, and if the items are not selling for you, we will
accept return of the items and issue a credit for future orders. This means
store owners can be sure that they are never stuck with merchandise which is
purchased from Cloud 9 Unlimited. We believe in our product. We understand
that what sells in Iowa may not be popular in New York and we value our customers
so we never want you to be stuck with something that just doesn't move. We
have seen many of our customers make purchases from other vendors and if the
product doesn't sell it sits for a very long time. We understand you need to
keep it fresh and new and we understand that it's better for us if product
you purchase from us sells, therefore if our product doesn't sell, we're happy
to offer you the ability to return it for product that does. (* some restrictions
apply: Items may be returned for credit toward future orders only, not to be
applied to the balance of an account. Items returned must be in like new condition
with the packaging intact and with no price stickers and a reasonable attempt
to sell includes displaying the items for at least 6 months in your store and
trying to display the items in various places within your store (we take your
word for this, we only want to be certain you actually attempted to sell the
