- While we have no minimum order requirement, we strongly suggest order
minimums of at least $100.
- Orders are processed on a first received, first filled basis.
- Orders usually ship within three business days Large and custom orders
may take up to five days to compile and prepare. We simply cannot offer
a guarantee of ship dates or delivery dates. If you have a required receipt
date we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- If our products don't sell in storefront after you've made a reasonable
attempt to sell them, we will gladly provide exchange credit upon return(requires
RA).
- Orders can be expedited for an additional charge. We fill orders on
a first come, first serve basis. The expedite charge pays the over time
required to have employees stay late, pull and prepare orders and prepare
them for shipment.
- Returns are allowed from storefront operations with prior approval.
All such returns must include the Return Authorization (RA) Number and
must be
in undamaged, resellable condition (no price stickers, no damaged packaging).

- We must be notified of damage, problems, and missing items within five
business days of receipt. All items and boxes received damaged or broken
should be made known to shipping agent and retained by customer, per shipping
agent liability claim procedures.
- Orders canceled after they have been filled or shipped, or rejected
and/or not accepted upon delivery by shipping agent will be subject to
a 15% restocking fee and all applicable shipping charges.
