Domestic US shipping is via UPS using the most economical shipping method (ground) with insurance at recipient expense. We can provide expedited shipping via UPS using 1-day, 2-day, 3-day, and expedited delivery services, which are offered at a higher cost and may include a handling fee.
International orders ship via US Mail International service with insurance and applicable duties and import fees at recipient expense, unless other shipping method is requested. Other international shipping methods include UPS and freight consolidators.
We reserve the right to assess reasonable handling fees for special order handling requirements.
We must be notified of damage, problems, and missing items within five business days of receipt. All items and boxes received damaged or broken should be made known to shipping agent and retained by customer, per shipping agent liability claim procedures.
